7TI processes your personal data based on the principles of transparency and legitimate intent:
- Career Matching: To assess your qualifications against global remote work requirements.

4. DATA STORAGE AND INFRASTRUCTURE
To ensure enterprise-grade security, 7TI utilizes SmartSuite as our primary Data Processing System.
- Encryption: Your data is protected using AES-256 encryption at rest and HTTPS/TLS encryption during transit.
- Access Control: We implement strict field-level permissions and multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure that only authorized 7TI recruitment specialists can access your professional files.
- Infrastructure: Data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS) that complies with global standards including SOC-2 and GDPR.
5. DATA RETENTION & THE "TALENT POOL"
In compliance with the DPA principle that personal data shall not be retained longer than necessary, 7TI observes a strict retention policy based on your status in our Talent Pool:
- Active Profiles: We retain your personal data in SmartSuite only for as long as you are considered an "Active Profile." For the purposes of this policy, an Active Profile is defined as a talent who is currently under consideration for a specific role, undergoing active screening, or shortlisted for a client interview.
- Inactive Profiles & Disposal: Once you are no longer under active consideration for a role—and unless you provide explicit consent to remain in our long-term talent pool for future openings—your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized within the SmartSuite environment to prevent further processing.
6. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), you hold the following rights:
- Right to Access: Request a summary of the personal data we have on file.
- Right to Rectification: Correct any outdated or inaccurate information in your profile.
